Bubbly Cape

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 3 oz. grape juice, 2 oz. Cranberry juice and 1 oz. ginger ale. Garnish with a skewer of seedless green grapes.

Bubbly Rose

To a flute, add:
1teaspoon of strawberry purƩe
1 tsp. grenadine

Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Beach Bonfire Mocktail

To a Collins glass, add 1 tsp. grenadine. Fill the glass with ice and add 2 oz. pineapple juice, the juice of 1/8 fresh lime and 3 oz. orange juice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.




Banana Rama

In a blender, combine 1 cup ice, 1 whole banana, 5 fresh strawberries, 5 oz. pineapple juice and 4 oz. coconut milk. Blend until smooth and strain into a glass. Garnish with a slice of banana or strawberry (optional).

Bluegrass Spice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. orange juice, ¼ oz. lime juice, 1 oz. apricot juice and 1/8 tsp. diced chili peppers. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Blue Summer Mocktail

To a tall glass, add 1/8 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. Crush. Fill the glass with ice and add the juice of 1/8 fresh lime and 4 -5 oz. ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Mystic Mojo Mocktail

½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz cranberry juice
2 oz. pomegranate juice
3 oz. soda water
Mint sprig and stalk

To a highball glass, add 1 stalk of mint, lime juice, simple syrup. Muddle. Fill the shaker with ice and add cranberry juice, pomegranate juice and soda water. Stir well and garnish with a mint sprig.

Long Weekend Mocktail

In a rocks glass filled with ice, add ¼ oz. lime juice and 4 oz. Jones Green Apple soda. Garnish with 1/8 cup diced green apples.

Milan Sunrise

Fill a highball glass with ice, and add:
1 tsp. grenadine
3 oz ginger ale
2 oz orange juice
Garnish with cranberry and raspberry skewers.

Manchester Mocktail

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. lemonade and 2 oz. raspberry juice. Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Orange Fizz Mocktail

To a wine goblet glass, add 2 oz. limeade and 2 oz. fresh orange juice. Top with 3 oz. lemon-lime soda and garnish with an orange twist.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. each orange, pineapple and passion fruit juice, the juice of 1/4 fresh lemon and 1 tsp grenadine. Shake until chilled and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh kiwi.

Red Star Mocktail



2 oz lemonade
¼ cup frozen wild berries
2 oz white cranberry juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add lemonade, frozen wild berries and white cranberry juice. Shake sharply and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a skewer of raspberries.

Beach Party

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 ½ oz Captain Morgan Deluxe Dark Rum, 5 oz pineapple juice and 1/8 tsp diced fresh ginger. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple spear.

Sparkling Blackberry

Blackberries are the last soft fruit of the season. Mixed with gin and pink sparkling wine they make a fantastic cocktail.

2 blackberries
1/2 oz gin
1/2 tsp cassis
Sparkling pink wine

1. Place 2 blackberries in a Champagne flute, pour over ½ oz gin, ½ tsp cassis and top with pink sparkling wine.

Makes 1 drink

BLOOD ORANGE SPARKLER

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 4 oz. chocolate milk and 2 oz. cold coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate.

To a rocks glass, add ½ oz. simple syrup, ½ oz. lemon juice and 4 oz. tangerine juice. Stir to mix and garnish with frozen cranberries.

CINNAMON GIRL MOCKTAIL

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ¼ cup frozen mixed berries, ¼ oz. lemon juice, ¼ oz. simple syrup, 2 oz. cranberry juice and a cinnamon stick. Shake sharply and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

BERRY RICKEY MOCKTAIL

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 2 oz. raspberry juice, 1/8 oz. lime cordial and top with 3 oz. lemon-lime soda. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

CACTUS KISS MOCKTAIL

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 oz. fresh peach juice, the juice of 1/8 fresh lime and 3 oz. tart lime juice. (frozen concentrate or bar lime.) Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
