Beach Party

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 ½ oz Captain Morgan Deluxe Dark Rum, 5 oz pineapple juice and 1/8 tsp diced fresh ginger. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple spear.

Sparkling Blackberry

Blackberries are the last soft fruit of the season. Mixed with gin and pink sparkling wine they make a fantastic cocktail.

2 blackberries
1/2 oz gin
1/2 tsp cassis
Sparkling pink wine

1. Place 2 blackberries in a Champagne flute, pour over ½ oz gin, ½ tsp cassis and top with pink sparkling wine.

Makes 1 drink

BLOOD ORANGE SPARKLER

2 oz blood orange juice (freshly squeezed)
4 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine

1. Into a Champagne flute, pour blood orange juice and top up with Prosecco
